BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
A cleared deposit is required to secure a booking.
Deposits may be paid by cash, cheque or card*.
Bookings cannot be held without a deposit.
Payment of the balance is required in full on check-in.
Balance may be paid by cash or card only.

HIRE
Cots, porta-cots, high chairs, etc available for hire.
Leisure & recreational items also available for hire.

No Show

No refund in cases where: |
- a booking is cancelled on the day arrival is expected
- the guest does not show up on the day arrival is expected
